We collect only the information we need for these purposes. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We ask for your consent in clear terms, for specific purposes. By contacting us you consent to our use of your information to respond to you. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us; this may limit our ability to respond or to provide our services.

This website does not use advertising cookies or technologies that identify, locate or profile you. Our website statistics are collected without cookies and without identifying you. If we ever add tools that do, they will be switched off by default and used only with your consent.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with trusted service providers who help us run this website, email, forms and booking (for example hosting, form and calendar providers), and only as needed for those services. They must protect it and may not use it for their own purposes.
Storage outside Quebec and Canada
Some of our service providers may store or process information outside Quebec or outside Canada, for example in the United States. Before we do so, we assess whether the information will be adequately protected, and we put contractual safeguards in place. You can ask the person in charge of privacy, named above, about how we use service providers outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. After that, we securely destroy it or make it anonymous.

Subject to the law, you may ask us to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
- withdraw your consent;
- stop disseminating your information, or de-index any link to your name, where the law allows;

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing. Send requests to info@themavencompany.ca; we will answer within 30 days.
Security and incidents
We take reasonable security measures to protect your information against loss, theft and unauthorized access. We keep a register of confidentiality incidents, and if an incident presents a risk of serious harm, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
