Business Launch & Growth
You bring the idea, or the ambition to grow. We build the business around it, from opening day to the next stage.
The challenge
Businesses rarely fail for lack of passion. They stall on what nobody checked, at launch and again when it’s time to grow.
For Entrepreneurs turning an idea into a company, and established businesses ready for their next stage, at home or across borders.
See the difference
From a question to an opening day.
Build It With Maven: a hotel that doesn’t exist yet, built from nothing, one question at a time.

Build it with Maven · Hotel Salvia · Episode 01
The market opportunity.
We’re building a hotel that doesn’t exist, from nothing.
Maven concept project
Todos Santos, Baja California Sur: a Pueblo Mágico on the Pacific, about an hour from Cabo San Lucas.
Travellers who have done Cabo, and want something slower.
Couples and friends, thirty to sixty, who choose a place for its character, and book the hotel that feels like part of it.
Small hotels that feel like a home, booked direct.
Fewer rooms, more character, and a website that does the selling instead of a booking platform taking a commission.
Before anything is designed
Five questions first.
- 01When is the town full, and when is it empty?
- 02What do the best small hotels charge, and who books them?
- 03How many guests would book direct?
- 04What does the land allow us to build?
- 05Who runs it, every single day?
The opportunity
Fourteen rooms for people who stay longer than they planned.
Then, we built it
A website that does the selling.
Rooms booked direct, with the courtyard at dusk as the first impression.

From our clients
“I knew I wanted to start the business, but I had no idea how to structure everything or what needed to happen first. Meghan helped turn a very broad idea into a clear plan, from market research and positioning to the documents and systems we needed to actually launch.”
“Our business had grown quickly, but internally we were still operating like a much smaller company. Meghan helped us identify where our structure was holding us back and created a strategy that made growth feel much more manageable and intentional.”
